Leodas Search Group Candidate Referral Program

Eligibility Guidelines

1. Of the many talented people you likely know, only those who have not been candidates in searches led by Leodas Search Group within the last 12 months can be considered.
2. Since we probably know many of the same people, we can only accept referrals for candidates we have not already contacted through our own networking efforts.
3. If you are the first person to refer a particular candidate, you will be eligible for the reward.
4. Leodas Search Group is happy to pay you a bonus up to 2 years following your submission.
5. You will receive a bonus once the candidate you referred has been in his or her new position for ninety (90) days and remains in good standing.
6. In lieu of the pre-tax $1,000 bonus, you may choose a $1,250 donation to the charity of your choice.
7. We are sorry, but you may not refer yourself.
